About me
Hello, I'm Charlotte.
Before retraining as a counsellor, I spent over a decade as a primary school teacher, including leading mental health in school.
That time taught me how much children's emotional wellbeing shapes their learning, and how often families and schools struggle to find a shared language. I believe everyone deserves to be understood, and to feel able to say what they need.
